NAMPA — In recent months, hundreds of crows have been spotted perched on power lines running next to Nampa-Caldwell Boulevard or gathering in the parking lots of local businesses.

Since early January, Nampa City Council has been collecting data on the winged masses and find ways to dissuade the crows that began migrating to the city during the winter months.
